summary of my work
I am in charge of delivering food in the banquet hall of the catering department of a 3-star hotel. For some time, I have been able to love my job, earnestly perform my duties, be loyal to my duties and do my best, which has been well received by customers. The summary is as follows:
1. Abide by the rules and regulations of the hotel and be strict with yourself.
every day, as required, I attend the regular meeting before class and call the roll on time, and carefully understand the work assigned by the leaders. Carefully clean, wash incense towels, and master skills such as folding incense towels; Carefully prepare before meals and greet guests with full enthusiasm. In-meal service, accurately deliver dishes to the guest table or sideboard; Pay attention to the finishing work after dinner, assist the floor service and the waiter to take all the dirty tableware back to the dishwashing room, and do a good job of handover with the staff on duty.
Second, pay attention to your own image and maintain a good mental state
I know that serving customers here represents the banquet hall and the hotel. My civilized manners directly affect the image of the hotel. For the honor of the hotel, I want to start the dish steadily, end it flat, keep my body straight and walk evenly, so that the shape of the dish remains the same when passing it; Serve the soup steadily, do not sprinkle the soup, serve the rice quickly, clean the hands, bowls and bottom, and have enough weight; Do a good job in preparation, complete the dish delivery utensils, replenish them in time, and put them in the right position; When delivering food to Taiwan, you must report the name of the food to the waiter. When you are too busy, remind the waiter who is close to serve, or serve it after checking the list correctly.
In the future, I will continue to work hard, especially in familiarizing myself with the names and making methods of dishes, so as to further meet the needs of customers. Win glory for the hotel!
