1. Members' points can be redeemed online by logging in to Chimelong Travel APP or through integral mall, a member area of Chimelong Travel, a WeChat applet.
★ In order to provide a richer and more diverse experience in the use of membership points, integral mall launched the point+currency mixed payment exchange mode on June 5, 2121, and does not regularly launch preferential activities such as point redemption, so please pay attention.
2. Before Chimelong members use points to redeem gifts for the first time, they must first improve their membership information and set their passwords. Please ensure that the basic information of the membership information is true and unique. Once the membership ID number is saved successfully, it cannot be modified. Please be careful when filling it out.
3. Since October 24th, 2121, Chimelong has implemented real-name registration system sales/ticket checking. When all members use points redemption products (including products with full points redemption and products with mixed points and currency payment) and purchase limited products exclusive to members, the system will enter the information of member ID documents by default for reservation and verification.
4. Once the points redemption order is confirmed, it cannot be modified, and the subsequent information update will not affect the booked order. Please ensure that the information of the member's ID card before redemption is true and valid;
5. Before each confirmation of redemption, you must check whether the reserved information of members (such as mobile phone number, ID number, etc.) displayed on the page is correct, and you must enter the password of the member and exchange it after verification; If the submitted information is false or wrong, it will lead to the inability to verify the use of the park after the exchange; If any loss is caused by false or incorrect information submitted, it shall be borne by the member himself;
Note: Members must ensure that the basic information (including name, ID number, mobile phone number, birthday, brief contact address, gender, etc.) filled in for applying for membership and improving membership information is accurate, true and unique. If the above information is not provided or the submitted information is untrue or wrong, you may not be able to purchase and use our membership products and services or enjoy the corresponding membership privileges, and if the submitted information is untrue or inaccurate, Are borne by the members themselves (including but not limited to: unable to enjoy personalized membership services, some courtesy benefits, unable to order or use products requiring verification of personal data, cancellation of membership, etc.);

6. Please refer to the real-time display of Chimelong Travel APP- Member Zone-integral mall for the types of gifts that can be redeemed for points and the required points.
7. When redeeming gifts, members are required to select the use date of the gifts, and the selection range is subject to the optional date displayed on the redemption page; Every time a gift is redeemed, the points in the membership card will be automatically deducted, or the corresponding price will be paid. Please read the details of the gift carefully before redeeming, and determine the use plan in advance.
note: redemption of some points for gifts must be completed at least 1 days before 23:59 before the use date;
8. All bonus gifts are provided with quota supply, so it is recommended to redeem them in advance as soon as possible. The specific redemption situation shall be subject to the display on the system interface at the time of redemption;
9. Gifts that have been successfully redeemed are sold immediately. Please pay attention to using them in the corresponding park/hotel according to the date and rules of use. Unused orders that have expired will become invalid and the corresponding points and price will not be refunded.
11. The point redemption reservation is only for members' own use, including but not limited to special products such as member point redemption, the first 51% interest of ICBC Chimelong Card, members' exclusive interest, housing products and restricted products, and may not be transferred or used for other commercial purposes. If fraudulent behavior is found during reservation confirmation, the system reserves the right to cancel or modify it, regardless of whether the system confirms it or not.
12. Member redemption is regarded as agreeing to send the reservation information to the redemption mobile phone by SMS or MMS in the reservation background. The relevant reservation information is private information, please keep it confidential, and the losses caused by personal loss or leakage of the guests shall be borne by the guests themselves.
13. Use process of redemption of points for ticket-like gifts
1) Admission process of ticket products
A. Chinese mainland residents' second-generation ID card
No need to collect tickets. After the booking of admission time is successful, the original valid ID card reserved by members and matching the order will be directly swiped on the day of play, and the person and ID card will be verified to enter the park.
B. Other types of documents (including passports, Hong Kong and Macao passes, etc.)
After the successful booking of the park period, the purchaser must hold the member registration information and the valid ID card matched with the order, go to the ticket office of the corresponding park to verify the conformity of the person and the card, and obtain a paper ticket for entering the park (the closing time of the ticket office is usually two hours before the park closes). C. Visitors who are unable to check tickets due to missing, lost, damaged or other circumstances, please hold other documents with photos and ID numbers at the time of reservation, such as electronic or temporary id card, driver's license, social security card, etc., and verify the identity of the person and card at the corresponding park or circus ticket office to get tickets; If you can't provide or provide an error at all, and the ticket doesn't match, you won't enter the park. The service of changing the ticket user's certificate is not provided at the scene. Please refund the ticket according to the standard of refund.
2) hotel room+package admission process
a. When booking the tickets included in the hotel room package under Changlong, the system will automatically bind the tickets of the second-generation ID card members of mainland residents in the order information. After checking in, the original valid ID card matching the order can be swiped, and the person and ID card will be verified to enter the park; Other mainland residents with second-generation ID cards need to hold the original valid ID card that matches the order and bind it after manual verification at the front desk of the hotel.
B. Members and residents with other types of ID cards need to hold the original valid ID card that matches the order, and go to the corresponding hotel ticketing center for on-site verification to get tickets. With the tickets and the original ID card, people, tickets and ID cards can be verified to enter the park in one.
C. fingerprints or portraits are required for multi-day tickets/multi-park tickets.

14. Use process of redeeming points for hotel room gifts:
1) When members redeem points products, the system will automatically bind the members' reserved identity documents to make reservations, and on the day of check-in, they must register with their original valid identity cards;

note: once the method of online obtaining electronic vouchers is used and electronic vouchers are generated, it will be deemed that the vouchers have been collected, and paper vouchers cannot be collected at the site of the park. If you have already taken the paper ticket, you can't get the electronic ticket.
2) With this voucher, you can use it directly after spending the specified amount in the designated restaurant on the designated use date (special products, shaped products and self-service ordering machines are not applicable). This voucher is not redeemable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used together with other types of coupons.
3) Please take good care of the ticket after taking it out. 16. How to use points to redeem hotel buffet ticket gifts:
1) Chinese mainland residents' second-generation ID card
The system automatically binds the members' reserved ID cards to make reservations. Members need to hold the original valid ID cards that match the order, get paper meal tickets at the hotel ticket machine, and eat with the meal tickets;
2) Other certificate types (including passports, Hong Kong and Macao passes, etc.)
Members need to hold the original valid identity documents that match the order, and go to the cashier desk or ticketing center of the corresponding hotel cafeteria for on-site verification to obtain paper meal tickets, and eat with the meal tickets.
