Two years ago, in response to the list of entities, Haikang quickly increased the stocking of various materials and made targeted substitutions for materials with greater risks. The policy of high inventory has been maintained to this day, and it is fortunate to be able to cope with the overall shortage of raw materials today.

The switching cost of software and algorithm on hardware platform has dropped to the point of commercialization. Hikon open algorithm supports the replacement of adaptive algorithms and applications on hardware, but at the same time, the demand for scene customization on hardware material level has not decreased, but will continue to increase, so it is the scene that finally defines the product.

For the specific needs of traditional business and digital transformation, it is difficult to distinguish, and Haikang is not entangled in using data to count the different contributions of these products.

In the fields of To G and To B, the scenarios are so rich that it is impossible to simply provide any layer with the ability to cover the whole market. Therefore, Hikon PaaS, DaaS and SaaS (platform, data and software applications) should be completed today and in the future.

Q: Intelligentization has brought many new opportunities to the industry. The capital market will expect the company to grow into a platform company. Does the company feel that this opportunity is great?

The product forms in the field of e-commerce and life services are relatively standardized, the market scale is large enough, and the upstream and downstream are not strong. Platform companies have the soil for growth, but the scale effect brought by platform economy is also related to monopoly to some extent. After the society participates in the game, the scale of the platform is limited and will not expand indefinitely in the end.

However, this business model is not suitable for the carrier market with complex products and services. Even today, Huawei, ZTE, Ericsson and Nokia dare not say that they are platform companies, and China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom have great voice. In the market of to B and to G services, it is difficult for manufacturers to become platform-level companies, and the ultimate dominant party is users.

In SMBG, a small platform can be derived from the perspective of industrial integration to play a leading role. However, because the industrial chain involves non-standard links such as design, construction and acceptance, it is not a transactional, circular and social Internet platform in general cognition, but an industrial Internet platform that uses Internet technology to help the industrial chain improve efficiency and speed up turnover.

In the business fields of to B and to G, since there is no possibility of monopoly, there is no super technology that can reduce marginal costs indiscriminately, nor can we rely on the customer relationship of a certain industry to maintain uninterrupted high growth, so we will eventually return to the iteration of technology and the richness of capabilities.

What Haikang needs to do is to find a reproducible and reusable prototype in the development and application of software, hardware, algorithms and data, and realize the accumulation and precipitation of technology as a starting point for optimizing organizational efficiency.

Q: At present, the whole industrial sector is facing the problem of rising raw material prices. How does the company coordinate with its partners in the supply chain? Has the company considered the rising price of raw materials and its downstream transmission capacity?

A: Applications in the field of Internet of Things are highly fragmented and scene-oriented. With the continuous improvement of cost performance of chip platform in recent years, the switching cost of software and algorithm on hardware platform has dropped to commercialization, so we will let nature take its course. On the one hand, we build an AI open platform to realize the automation of algorithm training, on the other hand, we support the replacement of adaptive algorithms and applications in hardware.

But at the same time, the demand for scene customization at the hardware material level has not decreased, but will continue to increase, so it is the scene that finally defines the product. The substitutability of software application and the diversification of hardware materials are two fulcrums to support product diversification, and it is difficult to meet the needs of customers without one.

From the strategy of open cooperation, Haikang's opening has been done since the board was made. Based on the agreement of our board of directors, when partners replace API functions, they will solve it by adding suffixes. After the product development of Haikang is completed, it can be completed in half an hour on other similar products, so some new functions made by Haikang will be followed up by our colleagues to promote the development of the industry. Q: In recent years, intelligence has brought many new growth. Can the company divide the demand from the traditional security business and the emerging digital transformation, and how much is each?

A: qualitatively speaking, intelligence, as a new demand, plays an increasingly important role in the company's business and helps sales more and more. However, it is difficult to make such a subdivision from the perspective of business combing. For example, some products may be upgrades of the original security system. Integrating certain intelligent functions into hardware products at a cost acceptable to customers, customers are willing to buy, and at the same time, there are better management methods to reduce costs, improve efficiency or reduce risks; At the same time, it may increase some demands, buy more hardware and build a more practical software system. These parts may have nothing to do with security, but are purely used to meet the needs of internal management and business development. Such requirements are mixed in a project, and it is difficult for us to distinguish between traditional security and intelligence. The company is not obsessed with using data to count the different contributions of these products, we follow suit.

Q: At the business level, does the company want to be PaaS, DaaS or SaaS? In the future, will you rely on your partners to do more at the SaaS level?

A: In the fields of toG and to B, the richness of scenes is very demanding, and the ability to provide only one layer cannot simply cover the whole market, so platforms, data and software applications should be done, not only today, but also in the future. If you don't set foot in multi-level development, you can't serve customers well in the end.

Haikang has done a lot of work around PaaS and DaaS in recent years, and has taken a big step forward in the construction of platform capabilities and data capabilities. At the same time, it also provides SaaS forms such as Mu Yun. Generally speaking, PaaS and DaaS are suitable for multi-level and multi-temporal complex scenes, while SaaS is suitable for flat commercial layout.
