With 10 restaurants and bars, Grand Hyatt Shanghai, a landmark hotel in Shanghai, is one of the largest hotels in the Hyatt Group in terms of food and beverage. The opening of these restaurants and bars has brought new fashions to the Shanghai dining scene. Located on the upper 88 floors of the Jinmao Tower, each of the restaurants and bars at Grand Hyatt Shanghai offer stunning views of the city of Shenyang and are unique in their décor and cuisine. Open kitchens are the centerpiece of most of the restaurants, showcasing their individual characteristics. This new way of cooking takes the pleasure of cooking from behind the scenes to in front of the stage, where guests can see fresh food ingredients and watch the chefs perform live.
Café: Located on the 54th floor of the Grand Hyatt Shanghai, the open kitchen produces the "Daily Special". The "Daily Special" offers traditional European dishes such as fresh vegetable salads, appetizers, cheeses and a selection of fine desserts. The café is surrounded by two floors of floor-to-ceiling windows with great views. The à la carte menu focuses on traditional French cafe fare, Shanghai home cooking and a wide variety of aperitifs.

Barbecue: The most distinctive features are a central area grill, a barbecue grill and a giant white marble basin showcasing an assortment of seafood. Fresh prime meats and seafood are served here, with delicious dishes prepared in the most time-honored ways.
Nichijin Japanese Restaurant: Customers can choose between a Japanese-style seating booth or a sushi bar with cobblestone accents. Nisshin specializes in sushi, sashimi and skewers, and serves fresh seafood, freshly ground wasabi sauce, and high-quality teas made in thick cast-iron canisters for added flavor.
Italy Lodge Italian Restaurant: An assortment of aperitifs is displayed on the counter in the open kitchen. Italian bread with roasted garlic and Italian pizzas are specially baked in a brick oven.
The dining room at Eat at 56 is connected to a wine bar with an oval-shaped flat surface and insulated cabinets displaying a variety of wines.
Yue Zhen Xuan: Grand Hyatt Shanghai's specialty restaurant, occupying the entire 55th floor, features first-class Cantonese cuisine by a renowned Cantonese chef. The unique decor of Yuezhen Xuan makes it an ideal place for entertaining guests. The largest of the six private rooms can accommodate up to 20 people.
Jinmao Club: Shanghai Restaurant, located on the 86th floor of the hotel, is one of the most upscale Shanghainese restaurants in Shanghai, with unforgettable dishes and personalized service.
Eatery: Located on the first basement level, the restaurant offers casual dining and a wide variety of Chinese and foreign snacks, including Shanghai Dim Sum and Congee & Noodle Collection.
The Heavenly Court Bar: connected to the three restaurants on the 56th floor, it's the perfect place to take in the majestic interior views. And the Nine Heavens Lounge is the perfect place to take in the outside views, with the Sky Lounge on the 87th floor offering panoramic views of the city as well as cocktails and Asian snacks.
Grand Hyatt Shanghai also has an evening entertainment venue, the Piano Bar, located on the 53rd floor, which features large, comfortable elk-skin sofas and a selection of fine cigars and whiskies. Guests can listen to piano music and singers while savoring cigars.
