1. The interview is organized and implemented by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. General job interviews are conducted in a structured way. For positions with strong professional skills, the interview content is professional knowledge, and structured interviews are not allowed. Please refer to the job list for details of the interview. The time, place and method will be notified separately.
2. Determination of interviewers. The list of specific personnel is published on the website of Fuzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Fuzhou Personnel Examination Online. When determining the interviewer, if the last one has the same score, it will be merged into the interview.
(1) Determine the first batch of interviewers. Among those who reach the minimum qualified score of written test, the list of the first batch of interviewers will be determined according to the positions they apply for from high to low, and the interviewers will be determined according to the following proportions for general recruitment positions: when the planned recruitment number is 4 or less, the interview ratio will be 3:1; When the planned recruitment number is 5, the number of interviewees shall be determined by 12; When it is planned to recruit 6 or more people, the interview ratio will be 2: 1.

After public adjustment, the positions that still can't meet the required number of interviews according to the general recruitment ratio can be regarded as a shortage of professionals in principle, and their recruitment positions can be reduced to the following interview ratio: when the planned recruitment number is 4 or less, the interview ratio can be reduced to 2:1; When the planned number of recruits is 5, the number of interviewers can be reduced to 9; When the number of planned recruits is 6 or more, the interview ratio can be reduced to 1.5: 1 (the calculation result is rounded off).
(4) Determine the same number of interviewers. For positions where the shortage of professionals can't meet the required number of interviews, if there is an equal interview, the written test scores of candidates applying for this position should exceed 20% (inclusive) of the minimum qualified score of this kind of test paper before the interview.
(5) Determine the positions to be cancelled or reduced. The plan reduction shall be carried out according to the principle of 1 insufficient plan reduction and no reduction, and the plan reduction form shall be published online.
3. Pre-interview qualifications
(1) The qualification examination before the interview is organized by the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau, and the competent department of the municipal unit and the county (district) People's Social Security Bureau are responsible for the specific implementation. 4. Replace the interviewer's confirmation
If the on-site qualification examination of the interview candidates is abandoned or failed, the vacancy of the interviewer will never be filled among the candidates in the post (that is, those who are not in the first batch of interviews and transfer interviews), and the written test scores will be sorted from high to low (among them, the candidates who participated in the transfer but did not enter the interview have the initial report and transfer positions). If the candidates successfully fill in the initial report positions and transfer the job interview qualifications, they can choose one of them for the interview. Candidates who did not participate in the transfer and did not enter the interview are only eligible for one-time replenishment in the initial position).
