Li Sheng Enterprise, founded in 1992, is a high-tech enterprise group specializing in the research and development, production, sales and service of water treatment science and technology, separation membrane technology and products, and household water purification equipment. Li Sheng has successively undertaken the National Torch Plan and the Tenth Five-Year Plan, participated in and undertaken scientific research tasks such as the National 863 Plan and the National Eleventh Five-Year Major Scientific and Technological Project (Water Project), and achieved fruitful scientific research results. Li Sheng has built one of the largest ultrafiltration membrane production bases in the world in Haikou, with an annual output of 3 million square meters of PVC and PVDF capillary ultrafiltration membranes, ranking first in the world. Li Sheng has built a large-scale ultrafiltration equipment production base in Suzhou, with an annual output of about 500,000 sets of column and curtain ultrafiltration modules, small ultrafiltration equipment and household and commercial water purifiers.

One of the largest membrane separation water plants in the world —— the water plant in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan Province Province, which produces 300,000 cubic meters of purified water daily, all uses Li Sheng ultrafiltration membrane, which indicates that Li Sheng has entered the forefront of the same industry in the world. Li Sheng ultrafiltration membrane module is used for sewage treatment, with short treatment process and good water quality. It can be used in conjunction with biodegradation, reverse osmosis and other technologies to efficiently treat all kinds of sewage. This technology has been successfully applied to oilfield produced water reuse, municipal landfill leachate treatment, domestic sewage treatment, and industrial wastewater treatment and reuse processes such as printing and dyeing, slaughtering and tobacco, and was awarded the title of "recommended product for energy saving and emission reduction" by China National Intellectual Property Administration. Li Sheng PVC alloy ultrafiltration membrane bioreactor was used in the rainwater and sewage treatment and reuse project of the future pavilion of Shanghai World Expo, and all reclaimed water was reused as landscape water in the park.
