The municipal epidemic prevention and control headquarters decided to adjust the relevant policies for epidemic prevention and control from now on. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. The following personnel will report to the immigration personnel who have lived in Xin 'an County, Luoyang City and shenqiu county, Zhoukou City since February 9, 2121;

visitors who stopped at Sanmenxia Lingbao service area from 1: 11 to 5: 11 on February 9, 2121;

Since February 21th, 2121, there has been Yuzhou City in Xuchang; People who have lived in Huizu District and Erqi District of Guancheng, Zhengzhou;

visitors who lived in Yuegou Village, Shimen Township, nanzhao county City, Nanyang City, and Xiaozhai Street, Longwanggou Scenic Area, Wolong District from February 24th to 25th, 2121;

The epidemic-related areas with newly-added local cases but not yet defined the epidemic risk level include those who have lived in Xi 'an, Xianyang, Yan 'an, Kunming, Yunnan, Dongxing, Fangchenggang, Dongguan, Guangdong, Ningbo, Zhejiang, etc., those who have entered the country with abnormal health code or travel code, and those who have crossed or accompanied the travel track of positive cases in time and space.

the above-mentioned personnel should take the initiative to report to the community and unit where they live, or to the hotel where they live, and cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control measures such as centralized isolation control, nucleic acid detection, medical observation or health monitoring.

Second, health monitoring should be carried out for the people entering Bianba.

Third, strengthen the nucleic acid detection in public places

All scenic spots, cultural venues, hotels and places providing accommodation services in the city, as well as villages, enterprises and institutions,

It is necessary to strictly check the negative certificates of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours of all people entering the city

. For those who can't provide it, they are required to take samples from nearby medical institutions that provide nucleic acid testing services on the premise of self-protection. Before the test results come out, they are not allowed to take public transportation, enter or leave public places, or participate in gathering activities.

IV. Strengthening the management of key personnel

Before the entry place is about to complete the centralized isolation and return to Bian, overseas personnel should report to the destination community and unit three days in advance, and actively cooperate with the territory to complete the epidemic prevention and control measures such as "point-to-point" transshipment, nucleic acid detection and health screening. For those who entered the first port city and completed 21 days of centralized isolation, the "27-day health monitoring +2 times of nucleic acid detection" will be implemented after entering the city; For those who entered the first port city and completed the centralized isolation in 14 days, "7 days of centralized isolation +7 days of health monitoring +2 times of nucleic acid detection" will be implemented after entering the city.

Those who have lived in the cities under the jurisdiction of the provinces where the domestic high-risk areas are located within 14 days shall report to the destination communities and units three days in advance, and cooperate with the measures of "centralized isolation in 14 days+health monitoring in 7 days" after entering the city, and carry out nucleic acid detection for 7 times during the period.

those who enter the city within 14 days before the announcement from the medium-high risk area should take the initiative to report to the local community and cooperate with the implementation of the "14-day centralized isolation +7-day health monitoring" measure.

people who have entered the city where the epidemic has occurred, but the risk level of the epidemic has not yet been determined, must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and the destination will take corresponding control measures according to the closed management of the epidemic area and referring to the relevant policies in the medium and high risk areas.

people who have entered Bianbu in low-risk areas outside the province, and employees in key industries in the province who have been away from their jobs for more than 14 days and have reported to the unit, must report to the destination community and unit three days in advance, hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours when they enter Bianbu, truthfully report their personal trip to the community and unit after arrival, and do another nucleic acid test. Those who have negative results will be monitored at home for 14 days.

all counties, towns, villages, enterprises and institutions should take the initiative to carry out the investigation of the immigrants in their own jurisdictions or units, focusing on the investigation of the immigrants from overseas, provincial cities where there are medium and high-risk areas in China, and cities where the epidemic has occurred but the epidemic risk level has not yet been defined, and the employees in low-risk areas outside the province and key industries in the province, and strictly implement various epidemic prevention and control policies in accordance with the above requirements.

5. Strictly control gathering activities

Adhere to the principle of "not holding unless necessary", and all party and government organs, enterprises, institutions and industries in the city will cancel activities such as group worship parties, dinners, annual meetings and large-scale condolences, and strictly control activities such as exhibitions, sales promotions, cultural performances and sports events. Reduce rural fairs and temple fairs, strictly control the flow of people at fairs and temple fairs, strictly implement prevention and control measures such as wearing masks, ventilation and disinfection, and strictly prohibit holding performance activities at fairs and temple fairs. Strengthen the prevention and control of normalized epidemic situation in religious activity places, and temporarily refuse to approve large-scale gathering religious activities.

VI. Do a good job in health monitoring

Villages and units should strengthen the health monitoring of the personnel entering Bianbu and the staff of the unit. If patients with fever, dry cough, fatigue, diarrhea and other symptoms of respiratory infection are found, they should urge and guide them to avoid contact with others. After wearing personal protection such as masks, they should go to the nearest fever clinic for medical treatment and nucleic acid detection as soon as possible, and take the initiative to inform individuals of their living history and contact history when seeing a doctor.
