Holiday Arrangements

October 1 (Saturday), 2 (Sunday), 8 (Saturday), 9 (Sunday) normal rest; October 3 to 7 (Monday to Friday) in accordance with the normal working day to go to work and attend classes, the specific teaching arrangements by the Registrar's Office for further notice. The National Day unclosed time will be added to the winter vacation.

History of Shangqiu College

In 2002, Huayu College of Henan Agricultural University was founded.

July 2005, approved by the Ministry of Education to establish an independent college.

In 2004, the school established the College of Physical Education.

In 2006, the school established the College of Letters, which was later changed to the College of Humanities. In September of the same year, the College of Landscape Architecture was established and enrolled.

In 2010, it was selected as the governing unit of the Higher Education Professional Committee of China Private Education Association.

In April 2011, the Ministry of Education issued a letter agreeing to Henan Agricultural University Huayu College to be converted into Shangqiu College, which is an independent private general undergraduate school. [1]

In 2014, the School of Civil Engineering of Shangqiu College was established.

In May 2016, the school added four new undergraduate majors in architecture, automotive service engineering, auditing, and internet of things engineering, and three specialized majors in auditing, surveying and mapping engineering technology, and CNC technology.

In October 2019, the school has 16 teaching units, running 45 undergraduate majors and 32 specialized majors.
