The second is to explain the contract, study the contract, and clarify the rights and responsibilities. Interpret the contract with the entrusted operator of the canteen, sit down and study the contract together, and put the responsibilities and rights in place. The third is to strengthen services to various entrepreneurial economic entities created by various departments. While doing a good job in logistics services, install instruments to supervise the water and electricity supply of the three entrepreneurial entities, put an end to waste, and keep records to safeguard public interests.

Campus infrastructure, green space, flowers, trees, etc. Implement the responsibility system of district management, with clear rewards and punishments. First of all, the campus infrastructure should be divided into student living, fitness and reading areas and teaching, office and experimental apartment areas according to the power maintenance situation. According to plumbing maintenance, it is divided into three areas: student life fitness area, library office teaching experimental area and teacher apartment area. The green space, flowers and trees in the campus are divided into eight districts (one for each department) according to the two-level management system of the department, and all the way (ring road) and one house (teachers' apartment) belong to the Greening Office. Since the establishment of the school, the underground pipe network facilities and equipment used have exceeded the warranty scope and entered a period of high incidence of problems. In the second half of 20xx, we carried out four all-weather emergency repair tasks for the burst of the main water pipe and the second emergency repair task for the pumping equipment in the south campus.
Do a good job in emergency repair of power facilities. In the second half of the year, * * * organized and implemented four emergency repairs for campus street lamps, electrical repairs for building 1 1 in the dormitory area, emergency repairs for street lamps on the west side of the dormitory area, emergency repairs for chicken farms in the south campus and emergency repairs for restaurants to ensure power supply.
(six) focus on the maintenance and transformation of heating pipes in the teaching office area in winter.
Just after the National Day, we held four consecutive special meetings with leaders in charge to study the heating problem in winter, especially in view of the outstanding problems in heating last year, and asked professional and technical personnel to come up with six sets of treatment plans, which were implemented in 10 after demonstration. The underground pipe cores and valves of No.5, No.6 and No.7 student dormitories have all been replaced and reconstructed separately, and the pipes in the living center have been separated. The main pipes in the library building have been installed in different areas and connected in parallel for scientific transformation. The internal and external pipes of the experimental building and the library have been controlled and treated separately, and the pipes in the heat exchange station are not timely. The roofs of the office building and the teaching building have been replaced and reconstructed, and the financial support of Dongcheng Thermal Power Company has been won, and the pipeline water supply pressurization device has been installed free of charge.
Fourth, do a good job in four routine tasks.

The General Affairs Department has repeatedly organized relevant personnel to conduct a thorough investigation of catering, medical care, school buildings and lines. (two) to ensure the normal operation of hydropower.
In addition to daily work, the Hydropower Group regularly conducts special inspections and maintenance of hydropower facilities such as student apartments, teaching buildings, library buildings, experimental buildings and staff quarters. Education, teaching and office logistics support work, such as the entrance guard project of teachers' apartments, the lighting project of fitness square, the drainage project of sports venues, the renovation project of students' stage frames and leisure chairs, the renovation project of street lighting, and the waterproof and decontamination project of dormitory areas, were also implemented, all of which were completed with good quality and quantity. Fourth, do a good job in cleaning the teaching office area, student dormitory and campus, and implement effective supervision and inspection. With the care and support of the main leaders of the college, we won the assistance of 80 thousand yuan of equipment and facilities from the municipal environmental sanitation department. 30 mobile trash cans and a large garbage pool are in the bidding stage. At the same time, extensive contacts have been made with the electric power bureau, the garden department, the water supply company, the quality supervision institute, the food and drug administration, the gas company and other units, and an understanding has been reached, and relevant supporting projects are being coordinated.
(four) to do a good job in normal outpatient service and medical security.

In addition, cooperate with relevant departments to comprehensively do a good job in logistics support services such as military training for freshmen, employment evaluation, evaluation of ideological and political courses, power supply for autumn sports meetings and large-scale cultural and sports activities for students, teacher recruitment, basketball and badminton competitions for faculty and staff, and selection of provincial civilized units.
