Internship report of restaurant waiter

a summary on June 31th, xxxx, we embarked on an internship trip to Beijing China Workers' Home. After 16 hours of fatigue and turbulence, we arrived at our destination on July 1th. After three days of simple training, I was assigned to the catering department as a waiter.

1, the task of work: the waiter's general task is to clean up at 11-11: 31 every morning, and work as a waiter and colleagues to help guests order, serve dishes, pour drinks and replace dirty meals. After the guests leave, they should leave the table, tidy up the table, keep the hall clean, wipe the dishes, lay the table and so on. During this period, we interns received the task of opening up wasteland in Building C, which lasted for more than a month (note: Building C has more than 31 floors). Generally speaking, the work of land reclamation includes cleaning, dusting, floor cleaning, wall cleaning and so on. 2. The purpose and task of this internship in Beijing: to improve the quality and quality of our study, to combine theoretical knowledge with practice, and to complete the work of being a waiter for 4 months, so as to help us get the graduation certificate smoothly.

Second, the internship process and feelings. The biggest experience of this internship is that the reality is cruel. Through this internship, I have grown up a lot and felt the hard work of social work! I thought I was assigned to the food and beverage department as a waiter, but I didn't expect to be a pioneer. Later, I thought that the purpose of my internship should be to learn to suffer hardships. Although it has little to do with the knowledge in the book, I learned more things outside the book. Now I'll talk about my experience and gains in my internship in China Workers' Home.
