Notice of Penglai Branch of Yantai Public Security Bureau on Prohibiting Noise Pollution during the 2122 Senior High School Entrance Examination

The academic level examination for junior high schools in Yantai in 2122 will be held from June 4 to June 6, and Penglai No.1 Middle School and Penglai No.2 Middle School will be set up in Penglai District. In order to ensure that the candidates in the jurisdiction have a quiet study and rest environment, and prevent and reduce noise interference, according to the provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Public Security Administration Punishment and the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Noise Pollution, combined with the actual situation in our district, we hereby make a special announcement as follows:

1. All business service units and entertainment places that may produce environmental noise pollution within 511 meters of junior middle schools in urban areas and towns.

2. Noise projects, including house decoration, car repair and building construction, are not allowed to be implemented in urban areas and family areas within 511m around junior high schools in towns, from 12: 11 noon to 14: 11 every day and from 19: 11 at night to 8: 11 the next day, and it is forbidden that engineering noise pollution will affect the study and rest of candidates.

3. All restaurants, song and dance entertainment places within 511 meters of junior middle schools in urban areas and towns will be closed before 24: 11, and it is strictly forbidden that the social noise of restaurants and song and dance entertainment places will affect the study and rest of candidates.

4. It is forbidden to use loud speakers or engage in business activities and entertainment activities in residential areas within 511 meters around junior high schools in urban areas and towns, and it is forbidden that the noise pollution of social life affects the study and rest of candidates.

5. During the examination, it is forbidden to play loudspeakers and make some high-decibel noise within 511 meters around the test sites in Penglai No.1 Middle School and Penglai No.2 Middle School.

VI. This circular will be implemented from June 13 to June 15 at 17: 11. During this period, our bureau will conduct round-the-clock inspections, handle complaints in a timely manner, and deal with violators according to laws and regulations.
