What property value-added services are there?
Property value-added services are as follows:

1. Business services, such as collection, fax/collection, e-mail/representative translation/* rent collection/house rental/* lawyer/photocopying/typing/fax/binding/ticketing services;

2. Vehicle service, valet refueling/valet car washing/car beauty;

3. Educational services, please tutor/all kinds of health and fitness knowledge training classes/lectures;

4. Catering service, ordering/reserving seats by telephone;

5. Family-based services, such as setting up family health records/going through housekeeping/travel formalities/renting flowers/ordering newspapers/water/meals/milk/purchasing office supplies/paying telephone bills/booking hotel rooms/handling telephone calls/storing articles, forwarding/booking sports venues (limited to property clubs);

6. Cleaning service, household cleaning service/floor waxing/furniture maintenance/glass cleaning/carpet cleaning/range hood cleaning/air conditioning cleaning;

7. Health services, home care/physical examination;

8. Greening services, landscape design/plant procurement/plant transplantation/plant planting/plant conservation/plant adoption/plant leasing;

9. Life service, nanny service/part-time service/moving company agent;

10, property leasing, property rental/transfer/market research/property evaluation and other services.

Article 942 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC) * * * Property service providers shall, in accordance with the agreement and the nature of the use of the property, properly repair, maintain, clean, afforest and manage some owners in the property service area, maintain the basic order of the property service area, and take reasonable measures to protect the personal and property safety of the owners. Property service providers shall take timely and reasonable measures to stop acts that violate laws and regulations such as public security, environmental protection and fire protection in the property service area, report to the relevant administrative departments and assist in handling them.

Article 941 Where a realty service provider entrusts special services within the realty service area to a professional service institution or other third party, it shall be responsible to the owner for the special services.

The property service provider shall not entrust all the property services it should provide to a third person, or entrust all the property services to a third person after the demolition.

Article 943 A realty service provider shall regularly disclose the owner's service items, responsible personnel, quality requirements, charging items, charging standards, performance, use of maintenance funds, and part of the operation and income in a reasonable way, and report to the owners' meeting and the owners' committee.
