the township (town) planning and village planning and construction of the peripheral protection area of Shaoshan scenic spot should be coordinated with the requirements of the overall planning of the scenic spot.

in Shaoshan scenic area, no construction activities can be carried out in areas where detailed planning has not been made or where detailed planning has not been approved. Article 6 Establish a unified protection system for President Mao Zedong's former residence and its affiliated sites.

Xiangtan Municipal People's Government shall, in collaboration with the management unit of Shaoshan Revolutionary Memorial Site, formulate specific plans for the protection and display of cultural relics, infrastructure construction, environmental improvement, etc. in accordance with the requirements of the protection plan for President Mao Zedong's former residence, fulfill the approval procedures in accordance with the regulations, and organize their implementation.

Shaoshan Municipal People's Government should incorporate the protection, management and rational utilization of President Mao Zedong's former residence into Shaoshan's economic and social development planning and land and space planning. (3) the guiding system of traffic signs in the core scenic spots;

(4) Intelligent monitoring system for traffic transfer and traffic bayonet.
