Before the expiration of the probation period, the Municipal Education Bureau will organize the new teachers' probation assessment. Probation assessment takes the form of listening to the opinions of schools, students, parents of students and relevant parties, focusing on the assessment of new teachers' professional ethics, professionalism, teaching ability and performance. Those who pass the examination during the probation period should be formally employed within the total staffing of primary and secondary school teachers approved by the province and included in the real-name system management scope of the organization, and enjoy the same treatment as local teachers, and their wages should be included in the unified distribution scope of local finance; If the contract fails, the school will not be hired after reporting to the Municipal Education Bureau for approval according to the prescribed procedures. The wages and benefits during the employment period shall be implemented according to the current relevant regulations of the state. Those who pass the examination must have served in the employing school for 5 years (including probation period). If you resign for personal reasons during the service period, you should fully compensate the training expenses funded by the school for individuals. Vacancies arising after signing the employment contract will not be filled.
