We lack patience and can't adjust our mood reasonably when we meet the questions repeatedly asked by the parties. Sometimes if you think too much about personal gains and losses, you will have the idea of "it's none of my business, hang up high".

3. The work style is not solid enough. It is manifested in the attitude of sometimes dealing with things, not being down-to-earth, always looking for shortcuts at work, and doing things well without spending too much energy. Sometimes out of selfishness, there is an attitude of "doing more and making more mistakes, doing less and making fewer mistakes, and not doing well". You don't have to do anything except what you have to do, which sometimes leads to inefficiency.

4. There are both humanism and formalism. The principle of dealing with problems needs to be strengthened. For the problems found in the work, don't mention them if you can't mention them out of affection. If you can't care, don't care Humanism. Sometimes there is a problem of seeking only form but not execution, and the implementation of specific systems is not rigorous enough. At work, we only ask if we have done it, not if it is good.

5. Work discipline and self-discipline need to be strengthened. Sometimes there will be problems of being late and leaving early, sometimes the work dress is not standardized, and sometimes some private affairs will be handled during working hours, especially during the treatment of father's illness, because taking care of his father will partially affect his work.

Second, the main reasons for the problems

First, there is a lack of correct understanding of political learning. Although I often take part in political study, I don't pay enough attention to it ideologically, the purpose of study is not clear enough, I lack thinking when studying, theory is out of touch with practice, and ideological renewal is out of touch with the party's principles and policies.

Second, the awareness of serving the people is insufficient. I don't know enough about the mass line of "everything is for the masses, everything depends on the masses, and from the masses to the masses", and I don't have a strong sense of the purpose of serving the people.

Without a solid foundation, we should always take the satisfaction and dissatisfaction of the masses as the measure of our own gains and losses. When personal interests conflict with collective interests, we often consider personal gains and losses and ignore the ideas of the masses, which is the fundamental reason for our lack of patience in our work. Empathy is not enough. We can't consider problems from the standpoint of both employers and employees, but often answer questions and handle work from the standpoint of bystanders.

Third, the business level needs to be improved. On the one hand, the combination of theory and practice is not enough, and there is a situation in which theory and practice are out of touch. On the other hand, due to the lack of professionalism, the renewal of professional knowledge structure can't keep up with the construction of national labor law, and the knowledge structure lags behind.

Fourth, the working method is simple. The understanding of the problem is not deep enough, the thinking is not deep enough, the method of dealing with things is relatively simple, and the work style is not solid enough. We can't understand and deal with problems from a political point of view.

Third, the rectification measures

First, further enhance the concept of the masses and the awareness of public servants, and truly improve ideological awareness. First of all, we should strengthen the study of political theory, constantly transform our world outlook and outlook on life with the theories of Marx, Engels, Lenin and people's public servants, and constantly strengthen the moral cultivation of * * * *; Secondly, stand on the height of politics and justice and demand yourself.

Finally, be open-minded and eager to learn, read more books, ask more questions when encountering problems, and ask more comrades around you. With a high sense of responsibility and down-to-earth work style, strict, fair and civilized law enforcement will truly serve the people wholeheartedly.

Third, with a high sense of political responsibility, mission and dedication, and a down-to-earth, diligent and down-to-earth work style, we will complete various tasks assigned by the party and the people and improve work efficiency.
