Preferential Policies (1) Companies, enterprises, other economic organizations or individuals inside and outside China (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) are allowed to invest or set up trade, warehousing, export processing, transportation enterprises, financial and exhibition institutions and other enterprises or institutions approved to set up in the bonded area. (2) Goods brought into the bonded area from abroad and transported from the bonded area to overseas shall be exempted from import and export duties, import and export licenses and import and export declaration procedures.
