1992, Guo Wenjun went to Guangzhou to study alone again. In order to further improve his cooking skills, he went to Hong Kong to attend an international chef training class. During my further study in Hong Kong, I not only learned the cooking skills of new Cantonese cuisine, Hong Kong cuisine and western cuisine, but also learned advanced knowledge of kitchen management, and obtained the certificate of international notarized chef and the certificate of senior kitchen manager of catering business with excellent results. Guo obtained the qualification certification of China International Professional Manager in 2004 through the continuous exploration of kitchen management. In June 2005, he won the special gold medal of the French Chefs' Federation, and in September 2005, he received an MBA degree from the University of California. Later, he was admitted to the international senior business management personnel with excellent results, and has been included in the enterprise management talent pool of the Ministry of Personnel.
