The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows
1. The minimum wage in Furong District, Tianxin District, Yuelu District, Kaifu District, Yuhua District and Wangcheng District is adjusted to 1.7 yuan/month, and the hourly minimum wage is 1.7 yuan/hour; The minimum wage in Changsha, Liuyang and Ningxiang is 1540 yuan/month, and the hourly minimum wage is 15 yuan/hour.
Two, the minimum wage in our city includes various social insurance premiums that individual workers should pay. The monthly minimum wage applies to full-time workers and the hourly minimum wage applies to part-time workers.

The following items are not part of the minimum wage, and the unit shall pay separately according to the regulations:
1. Wages for extending legal working hours.
2. Allowance under special working environment and conditions such as middle shift, night shift, high temperature, low temperature, underground, toxic and harmful.

The minimum wage standard refers to the minimum labor remuneration that the employer should pay according to law on the premise that the laborer provides normal labor within the statutory working hours or the working hours stipulated in the labor contract signed according to law.
The minimum wage standard generally takes two forms: monthly minimum wage standard and hourly minimum wage standard. The monthly minimum wage is applicable to full-time employees, and the hourly minimum wage is applicable to part-time employees.
Legal basis: Article 3 of the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that workers enjoy the rights of equal employment and occupation selection, remuneration, rest and vacation, occupational safety and health protection, vocational skills training, social insurance and welfare, submission of labor dispute settlement and other labor rights stipulated by law. Laborers should complete labor tasks, improve their professional skills, implement labor safety and health laws and regulations, and observe labor discipline and professional ethics.
Article 3 of the Labor Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall follow the principles of legality, fairness, equality, voluntariness, consensus, honesty and credibility when concluding a labor contract. The labor contract concluded according to law is binding, and the employer and the employee shall perform the obligations stipulated in the labor contract.
