The recruitment of staff in public institutions is organized and implemented in accordance with the procedures of registration, written examination, interview, physical examination, political examination, publicity and employment approval.
(1) Registration

3. Registration procedures and qualification examination
(1) Applicants can only choose one position of the recruiting unit to register.
(2) On-site applicants must hold their ID card, diploma and 20 10 fresh graduates. It is required to provide the original proof materials for the graduates of the 20th 1 0 issued by the institutions (see Annex 2) and provide1copy respectively. Those who pass the preliminary qualification examination shall submit two recent bareheaded photos with the same background 1 inch (black and white and color). Fill in the personnel examination registration form and pay the written examination fee as required.
(3) Online applicants who have passed the preliminary qualification examination must hold their ID card, diploma and 20 10 fresh graduates. It is required to provide the original certificate materials for the graduates of the 20th 1 0 class produced by public institutions (see Annex 2) and provide1copy at the same time, so that the life span from 20 10 to 28+0 is long. Those who pass the qualification review shall submit two recent bareheaded photos with the same background 1 inch (both black and white and color). Fill in the personnel examination registration form and pay the written examination fee as required.
The staff of the health system in Changshou District cannot apply for the exam.
4. Examination opening ratio: the ratio between the number of positions to be recruited and the actual number of applicants must reach 1:2. If this ratio is not reached, the number of positions to be recruited will be reduced to the specified ratio accordingly. Among them: those who are in short supply positions such as inspection, medical imaging, stomatology, anesthesia, ENT, rehabilitation physiotherapy, acupuncture and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine can relax the examination proportion appropriately.

(2) written examination

2. Written test score 100. The written test subjects are divided into: (1) comprehensive basic knowledge of computer and financial positions; The examination of "basic medical knowledge" for medical posts includes internal medicine and surgery.
3. Bonus rules
(1) Students who have served for 1 year and passed the examination will receive 5 points for written test scores.
Candidates' qualification conditions for extra points are confirmed:
① The qualification of "College Students' Volunteer Service in the West (Chongqing) Plan" was examined and confirmed by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Changshou District.
(2) According to the document "Notice on Relevant Issues Concerning Chongqing's" Three Supports and One Support "College Students' Participation in Open Recruitment Examination" (Yu Ren Ban [2008] No.7), the students of "Three Supports and One Support" will send their names, gender, service districts and counties, applicants and admission ticket numbers by telephone (023-8686883) or fax within 3 days after registration. After the qualification conditions for extra points are confirmed according to the prescribed procedures, the Municipal Office of Work Coordination and Management of "Three Supports and One Support" will notify the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Changshou District.
(2) According to the Trial Measures for Selection and Commendation of Chongqing Youth Talent Forum in China (Chongqing Committee Group [2008] No.25), the written test scores of the winners of outstanding papers in Chongqing Youth Talent Forum in China will be added with 10, the written test scores of winners of outstanding papers will be added with 5 points, and the written test scores of outstanding papers will be added with 2 points.
Candidates' total written test score = written test score+bonus points.
(3) Interview
The interview ratio is 1:2. According to the interview proportion, the interview candidates are determined according to the total score of written test from high to low. If the results of the last interviewer are tied, they will enter the interview in parallel. For those who voluntarily give up the interview after confirmation, the vacancies will be filled according to the total score of the post written test from high to low.
The interview was conducted in a structured way according to the principle of unified examination questions and unified time, and was organized and implemented by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Changshou District in conjunction with the competent authorities. Interview results 100, the interview results will be announced on the spot. Those whose interview scores are lower than 60 points cannot be determined as candidates for physical examination.

(4) the calculation method of the total test score.
Total test score = total written test score ×70%+ interview score × 30%.
(5) adjustment
Those who entered the interview but did not enter the physical examination of district-level medical and health institutions, when there are vacancies in township medical and health institutions, will fill the same positions in turn according to the total test scores from high to low upon their own application.
(6) Physical examination
According to the number of positions to be recruited, the candidates for physical examination are determined according to the total score of the examination from high to low (when the final total score of physical examination is tied, the written test score is determined from high to low). The physical examination refers to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) issued by the Ministry of Personnel (Guo Ren Ban Fa [2005]1No.) and the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Personnel and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on Printing and Distributing the Operation Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (Guo Ren Ting Fa [2007] No.25) and organizes the implementation in combination with the actual needs of the post. Physical examination is carried out in comprehensive medical and health institutions at or above the district level. Recruiting units and candidates who have doubts about the conclusion of the physical examination can submit a written application for re-examination to the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau within 7 days from the date of receiving the notice of the conclusion of the physical examination, and go to the designated hospital for a one-time re-examination with the consent of the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The results of physical examination shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion. If the medical examination is unqualified or the vacancy occurs due to automatic abandonment after confirmation, the candidates with interview scores of 60 or above will be replenished according to the total score of the post examination from high to low. The medical examination time will be announced separately.
(6) Evaluation
Those who pass the physical examination shall be comprehensively assessed by the employing unit from the aspects of political thought, work performance, realistic performance and whether it is necessary to avoid them. If there is a vacancy due to unqualified examination or automatic abandonment after confirmation, candidates with interview scores of 60 or above will be replenished according to the total score of post examination from high score to low score.
(7) Publicity
After the assessment, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Changshou District will determine the list of persons to be employed and publicize it for 7 days.
(8) Employment and treatment
Those who pass the examination, physical examination, assessment and publicity shall be employed by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Changshou District in accordance with relevant regulations. Among them, those who apply for the Health Bureau and institutions in Changshou District will choose the employer from high to low according to the positions they apply for and the total test scores. The employed personnel shall be managed in accordance with the Implementation Measures for the Trial Personnel Employment System of Public Institutions in Chongqing (No.37 [2003] of Chongqing Municipality) and No.68 [2006] of Chongqing Municipality, and enjoy the salary and welfare benefits of the staff of public institutions. The employed personnel shall be on probation as required. After the probation period expires, those who pass the examination will be transferred to full employment and graded; If the probation period or the probation period expires and the examination fails, or if it is found that the pre-job medical history is concealed and the physical condition does not meet the post requirements, it will be dismissed. Among them, those who are employed as the Health Bureau of Changshou District, the population and family planning reproductive health center and institution of Changshou District shall obtain the professional title qualification certificate and practice qualification certificate within three years of employment. Otherwise, terminate the employment contract.
20 10 graduates who have not obtained graduation (degree) certificates before August 3 10 will be disqualified.
