Party B must be responsible for the environmental sanitation of Party B's accommodation and kitchen, do a good job in preventing SARS and bird flu according to the relevant requirements of the government and the company, ensure the environmental sanitation of the kitchen and accommodation, and prevent food poisoning.

6. Party B shall organize the construction in strict accordance with the requirements of the current national construction safety standards, and it is strictly forbidden to carry out illegal construction; The use of machinery shall be in accordance with the requirements of mechanical operation regulations, and illegal operation is strictly prohibited. Temporary construction electricity shall be set up by Party A's full-time electrician on site, and it is forbidden to set up temporary electricity without permission. All risk liabilities, property losses and expenses caused by Party B shall be borne by Party B..

7. Party B shall abide by the company's rules and regulations and do a good job of unity within itself and between teams and groups. If there is any violation, it shall be punished according to the relevant regulations of Party A.. 8. Party B shall accurately calculate the materials according to the drawings and submit the material plan to Party A seven days in advance, with the material measurement error not greater than +2%. And bear the responsibility and loss of shutdown, slowdown and time delay caused by material planning mistakes, and bear the economic responsibility of material waste and excess caused by this.

4. Project quality:

5. Safety in production:

1. Party B shall strictly abide by the safety operation rules for construction, and bear all responsibilities and expenses for property losses and casualties caused by its own reasons.

2. Party A shall provide corresponding safety protection articles (safety helmet, safety belt, safety net, etc.) and protective measures according to relevant regulations. And has the right to criticize and educate Party B for violating the safety operation rules due to poor management, and impose a fine if the circumstances are serious.

VI. Civilized construction:

During the construction, Party B shall strictly abide by the regulations on environmental protection of civilized construction on site, so as to clean up the site after work every day, keep the materials neatly stacked, and clean up the waste in time.
