4. Party A's on-site technicians, quality inspectors and safety officers have the right to conduct

3. Party B must strictly implement the current national construction specifications and carry out the construction according to the design requirements of the drawings. If any errors or ambiguities are found in the design drawings, Party B must take the initiative to contact Party A's on-site technicians in time to ensure the project quality and construction progress. And do a good job in the construction quality inspection records and handover inspection of various disciplines and ministries, and sort out the materials in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of ISO9111 international certification and submit them to Party A for filing.

4. Party B must carry out safety education, safety disclosure and pre-shift disclosure for its own construction personnel. Strict and effective safety measures must be taken in the construction to ensure production safety, realize the goal of "five noes" in production safety and ensure that production safety reaches the standard.

5. Party B must be responsible for the environmental sanitation of Party B's accommodation and kitchen, do a good job in preventing SARS and bird flu according to the relevant requirements of the government and the company, ensure the environmental sanitation of the kitchen and accommodation, and prevent food poisoning.

6. Party B shall organize the construction in strict accordance with the requirements of the current national construction safety standards, and it is strictly forbidden to carry out illegal construction; The use of machinery shall be in accordance with the requirements of mechanical operation regulations, and illegal operation is strictly prohibited. Temporary construction electricity shall be set up by Party A's full-time electrician on site, and it is forbidden to set up temporary electricity without permission. All risk liabilities, property losses and expenses caused by Party B shall be borne by Party B..

7. Party B shall abide by the company's rules and regulations and do a good job of unity within itself and between teams and groups. If there is any violation, it shall be punished according to the relevant regulations of Party A.. If the circumstances are serious, it will be handed over to the local public security organ for handling, and all the responsibilities will be borne by Party B..

8. Party B shall accurately calculate the materials according to the drawings and submit the material plan to Party A seven days in advance, with the material measurement error not greater than +2%. If the materials are misused, the construction site has the right to be punished by 3-5 times the total value of the materials according to the regulations on site punishment. And bear the responsibility and loss of shutdown, slowdown and time delay caused by material planning mistakes, and bear the economic responsibility of material waste and excess caused by this.

9. Party B shall make full and reasonable use of materials to save materials and put an end to waste. Do not be overqualified, and cut it indiscriminately. Parts processed into finished products must be protected. And do a good job of cleaning the materials and garbage in the site every day to ensure the image of civilized construction on site.

11. During the construction, Party B shall coordinate the safety measures for cross-operation with each team to ensure the construction safety.

4. Project quality:

1. This project is explained by construction drawings, and the design changes and the construction and acceptance specifications formulated by the State such as Code for Construction and Acceptance of Building and Installation Engineering and Unified Standard for Inspection and Evaluation of Building and Installation Engineering are the acceptance criteria for quality evaluation. The quality of this project should reach the national evaluation standard.

In the process of construction, if the flatness of brick masonry and plastering can't meet the requirements and the phenomenon of honeycomb occurs during concrete pouring, Party B shall bear all the cost of rework, and all the losses caused by rework affecting the construction period shall be borne by Party B, and punishment shall be given according to the seriousness of the case. 5. Safety in production:

1. Party B shall strictly abide by the safety operation rules for construction, and bear all responsibilities and expenses for property losses and casualties caused by its own reasons.

2. Party A shall provide corresponding safety protection articles (safety helmet, safety belt, safety net, etc.) and protective measures according to relevant regulations. And has the right to criticize and educate Party B for violating the safety operation rules due to poor management, and impose a fine if the circumstances are serious.

VI. Civilized construction:

1. During the construction, Party B shall strictly abide by the regulations on environmental protection of civilized construction on site, so as to clean up the site after work every day, keep the materials neatly stacked, and clean up the waste in time. If Party B neglects management and causes messy pollution on the site, Party A has the right to send personnel to help clean up the site.
