Their workers' ability to accept new things is relatively slow, most Chinese companies still prefer to use Chinese workers, Chinese workers in foreign Chinese enterprises is not a little dignity of human rights, let the Chinese company's unjustified bullying, cheating! Companies are very observant of local laws, and don't dare to play rogue on the locals! So Chinese companies like to use Chinese people!
