Donghu Park is the earliest established, larger area, more attractions, better facilities, viewing, play, service in one of the comprehensive municipal park. The Bird Fighting Competition and Chrysanthemum Exhibition are the traditional programs of the park: the Bird Fighting Competition is held on New Year's Day every year, and the Shenzhen Chrysanthemum Exhibition is held in November-December, which greatly enriches the spare time cultural life of the citizens and tourists, and is loved by the general public.
