The bonus points are included in the written test scores before weighting.

The content of the lecture is high school curriculum, and the specific chapters are decided by lot before the lecture. The same subject teaches the same content, and the order of lectures is decided by drawing lots. Prepare lessons and write lesson plans on site, prepare lessons 1 hour, and give lectures for 20 minutes. Total score 100 (lecture 90, lesson plan writing 10, calculate individual score).

(6) Calculation of total score
Personal final score is calculated according to 40% of written test score (including policy bonus) and 60% of lecture score. The total score (rounded to the nearest two digits) is published on Chifeng Songshan Education Online. At the same time, it was posted on the bulletin board of the doorman of Songshan District Education Bureau.
(7) Physical examination
According to the order of the total scores of candidates in each position from high to low and the number of applicants in this position, the candidates who enter the physical examination are determined in equal amounts. The specific measures for physical examination shall be implemented with reference to the standards and measures for physical examination of teachers in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. (8) Employment and management
1. According to the subject recruitment plan, candidates are determined from high score to low score according to the total score of candidates (qualified in physical examination). 2. Newly recruited 2 1 1 Engineering college graduates implement probation system, and the recruiting unit signs employment contracts with the hiring personnel.
