Announcement on Further Strengthening the Epidemic Prevention and Control of Deer Returning Personnel in Medium and High Risk Areas

In order to do a good job in the health management of Deer Returning Personnel in Medium and High Risk Areas, strictly guard against the importation of epidemic situations and ensure the health and life safety of the people in the whole region, the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Deer Returning Personnel from provinces in Medium and High Risk Areas must report to local towns and communities two days in advance.

Implement health control measures according to regulations for the people who come and return deer in the towns where the middle and high risk areas in Shanghai are located or who have positive cases in local society within 7 days; Carry out "7-day daily health monitoring" for deer returning from other areas of Shanghai. During the daily health monitoring, the people who come from Shanghai to deer and return to deer need to go to Lucheng District comprehensive sampling point for sampling, and are not allowed to go to other sampling points.

3. Personnel during daily health monitoring should control their activities, not take public transportation, not participate in gathering activities such as meetings, exhibitions, tourism and dinners, not enter schools, nursery institutions, nursing homes, welfare homes and other specific institutions, not enter theaters, dance halls, bathrooms, Internet cafes and other indoor closed places and shopping malls, supermarkets, farmers' markets and other places where people gather, and not carry out online activities. When going out, you must wear a mask in a standardized way, and keep a safe social distance. In principle, you should not leave Lucheng District until the end of daily health monitoring.

iv. if the relevant personnel conceal, falsely report or fail to report the history of medium and high-risk residence, etc., which causes the spread of the epidemic or other hazards to the safety of the public, the relevant personnel will be seriously investigated for legal responsibility.
