Applying for a health certificate will usually check the above items, there are generally the following procedures:
1. Bring your ID card to get a health checklist at the health certificate office, fill out the form item by item, and affix your photo.
2. Pay the fee at the fee collection office with the payment notice issued by the health certificate office and return the notice to the certificate office.
3. Attend health training.
4. Health checkups, blood draws, anal examinations, and chest X-rays.
5. Health certificate processing: one week from the health examination, with my one-inch photo 2, the training certificate of eligibility to the health certificate processing office to receive the certificate.
