The 23rd China Gourmet Festival is organized by China Hotel Association, catering industry division of China Hotel Association, convention and exhibition department of China Hotel Association, Fuzhou City Catering and Cooking Industry Association and other organizers. The 23rd China Food Festival and 2023 China Min Cuisine Culinary Culture Festival will be held from May 18 to 20 in Fuzhou City.

The 23rd China Food Festival will be held in accordance with the principles of "government-led, market operation, point to point, highlighting the characteristics of the public participation, benefiting the people and enterprises, saving green, safe and healthy", to promote the food and beverage culture, to oppose food and beverage waste, and to advocate saving, green, healthy, safe and civilized food and beverage consumption of the new concept.
