Installation and use method
The integrated high-efficiency biological septic tank is transported to the construction site, buried in the floor according to the position and elevation requirements designed in the drawings, and can be used after pipeline connection (see schematic diagram). There are the following points in installation and use:
1. Integrated high-efficiency septic tanks are generally set under green spaces or sidewalks. If it is set under the roadway or the depth of soil cover exceeds 1m, reinforcement measures should be taken to expand the bearing area and reduce the pressure above the tank.
2. The size of the pit buried in the pool body should be suitable for the pool body, and the bottom of the pit should be flat. If necessary, proper gravel can be laid at the bottom of the pit for leveling. The elevation of the pit bottom should meet the requirements, and the elevation of the water inlet of the pool body should not be higher than that of the upstream water inlet pipeline; The elevation difference between the water outlet of the water tank and the elevation of the downstream sewage pipe should be more than 250px.
3. In areas with high groundwater level, after the integrated high-efficiency septic tank is positioned in the foundation pit, the tank is filled with water first, and then the foundation pit is covered with soil to prevent groundwater from floating up to the tank. When covering the soil, it should be watered and tamped by layers, and it is not advisable to tamp in large pieces.
4. After the tank is buried underground and the surrounding soil is backfilled, manhole rings can be built in the center of the tank top and around the slag outlet, and the elevation is flush with the outdoor ground, and then the outdoor ground can be prepared, or lawns and flowers can be planted. In future inspection or slag removal, just open the manhole cover and open the slag removal cover of the manure storage bin.
5. Before covering the top of the pool with soil, it is necessary to pay attention to connecting the gas outlet (exhaust) pipeline with the lower part of the downspout of the nearby house with tee, and then covering the soil, so that the decomposed waste gas in the pool and the air at the drain outlet can be discharged into the air through the downspout.
6. The integrated high-efficiency septic tank does not need personnel to maintain at ordinary times, and the manure and sundries in the manure storage bin can be cleaned once more than one year. If there are no non-degradable items entering, it can be cleaned for several years. When cleaning, open the slag cleaning cover, suck out or remove the slag cleaning debris and cover the cover plate.
