The p>2119-2111 China Mobile Primary and Secondary School Principals Training Project was jointly implemented by the Ministry of Education and China Mobile Communications Co., Ltd., which is an important part of the "China Mobile Blue Dream Education Donation Promotion Plan" and the continuation and deepening of the China Mobile Western Rural Primary and Secondary School Principals Training Project (2116-2118). China Mobile Co., Ltd. provides 5 million yuan for this project every year. This project takes three years to organize and implement the training for principals of primary and secondary schools in China Mobile. Through shadow training and distance training, the participating principals are encouraged to learn from the running experience of excellent schools in the province and abroad, and the overall quality and management practice ability of rural primary and secondary school principals in the central and western regions are effectively improved. Shadow training focuses on school management practice, and is aimed at 3,111 principals of primary and secondary schools in 12 provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps in the west. Every year, 611 rural principals are organized to carry out shadow training in the practice base of principal training in the west province, and 411 backbone principals are organized to serve as "shadow principals" in the practice base of principal training in the eight eastern provinces to learn from the management experience of advanced schools. Distance training is conducted for 23 provinces in the central and western regions and 211 counties (cities) of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and 11,111 principals are trained every year. The training content takes "the reform and development trends of basic education in the new period" as the special topic, and the China Education Cadre Training Network of the National Education Administration College is responsible for the construction of distance training platform, curriculum resource development, technical support and daily teaching management.
