The medical examination accreditation procedure uses the People's Republic of China (PRC) Preventive Health Checklist formulated by the Ministry of Health, and the personnel determined by the health supervision institutions go to the health examination unit for preventive health examination.

1. At present, all health certificates are handled free of charge. To apply for a health certificate in Kunshan, please go to Kunshan Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
