1, introduction of store payment code

The store receipt code is a two-dimensional code of store receipt generated by each merchant when generating a store (a store is opened by default when billing), and the funds received through the store receipt code will enter the merchant settlement bank account (the bank account bound when opening the commercial version of WeChat receipt).

2. Store receipt code function

At present, a merchant supports the creation of 200 stores, and each store can add 50 clerks, each of whom has his own different store receiving code. Administrators and shop assistants can collect money on WeChat business applet-> Check the "Store Receipt Code" in my store (as shown below). After using the store receipt code to collect money successfully, the clerk of the corresponding store will receive the "receipt notice" and "voice broadcast", and the administrator can receive the notices of all stores.

Note: This receipt code can be used to directly scan the receipt code. Administrators can view the receiving codes of all stores, and clerks can view the receiving codes of their own stores.

Second, the clerk payment code

1. Introduction of employee receipt code

The clerk receiving code is the clerk configured by each merchant in the corresponding store. Every clerk can open the clerk's receipt code, and the data of the money received by the clerk's receipt code will be included in the statistics of the store where the clerk is located. The funds received through the clerk's payment code will enter the merchant's settlement bank account (the bank account bound when opening the WeChat payment service version).

2, the clerk receipt code function

At present, a store supports binding 50 clerks, and each clerk has his own clerk receiving code. Administrators can also browse my store-> Select a store-> Click on the clerk-> When you see the "shop assistant QR code" of all the shop assistants (as shown below), the shop assistants can only view the "store QR code" and their own "shop assistant QR code", and the steps are the same.

In the collection records and business reports, you can view the collection details according to the store dimension, and at the same time, the collection records can also view the collection details according to the clerk dimension of a store, as shown in the following figure.

Applicable Scenarios and Authority Description of Employee Receipt Code

1) After the clerk's receiving code is turned on, only the administrator and the clerk corresponding to the code can receive the receiving notice (the administrator can view the receiving records of all the clerks; The clerk can only view the payment records of all the clerks in the corresponding store)

2) When merchants need to distinguish between shop assistant transactions and receipts, it is recommended to use the shop assistant receipt code. For example, passenger transport companies need to distinguish and count the ticket sales of each car; Supermarkets need to distinguish and count the receipts of different cashiers in each channel; Merchants should distinguish and count the performance of each salesman in order to get rewards.
