Article 10 of the Measures for the Administration of Registration of Wholly Individually Owned Enterprises

An application for the establishment of a wholly individually owned enterprise shall set forth the following matters:

(a) the name and domicile of the enterprise;

(b) the name and domicile of investors;

(c) the amount and manner of capital contribution of investors;

(c) the amount and manner of capital contribution of investors. The amount and manner of capital contribution of the investor;

(iv) The scope of business.

If the investor of a sole proprietorship enterprise contributes with personal property or with his family ****owned property as personal contribution, it shall be specified in the application for establishment.
