Article 3 (Responsibility and Authority)

3-2 The interpretation of these rules shall be vested in the Administration and Human Resources Department.
Chapter 3: Operation Procedures
Article 4 (Reward)
Employees with one of the following performances shall be rewarded with honorary titles and bonuses.
4-1 In the completion of production, operation and work tasks, improve product output, quality, expand sales channels, improve business management, improve the technical level of the production process, etc., there are special contributions or inventions and creations have made significant achievements.
4-2 Proposing rationalization proposals or technical innovation to improve efficiency, saving the company's resources and energy to achieve significant economic benefits.
4-3 Protecting the company's property, preventing or saving accidents, and saving the company from major losses.
4-4 In order to maintain the normal production and working order and security environment of the company, the courage to fight against vandalism, with significant achievements.
4-5 Other special contributions should be rewarded.
Honorary titles and bonuses are divided into the following three levels:

Second class 800 yuan - 1500 yuan
Third class 300 yuan - 800 yuan
4-6 Collective rewards can also be used for collectives with special contributions. For example, they can be rewarded in the form of a collective merit award
4-7 Special contributions can also be supplemented by promotion awards in addition to bonuses.
4-8 rewarded by the department declared in writing, the economic benefits can be directly calculated to give honorary titles and bonuses, the amount of the prize should be linked to the amount of benefits created, the departments declared materials to the Ministry of Personnel approved by the Ministry of Personnel to put forward the views of the general manager for approval.
Article 5 (punishment)

Article 6 (punishment rules)

6-4 employees in violation of one of the following provisions, by the Ministry of Personnel or supervisors above the level of its corresponding punishment:

Article 7 (Discipline)
