Doing business during the epidemic period is disturbing public order, endangering public safety, infringing on personal rights and property rights, and obstructing social management, which is very harmful to society. If it constitutes a crime, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law; If it is not serious enough for criminal punishment, the public security organ shall impose administrative penalties on public security according to this law.

According to the relevant laws and regulations, anyone who commits one of the following acts shall be given a warning or fined not more than 211 yuan. If the circumstances are serious, he shall be detained for not less than five days but not more than ten days, and may also be fined not more than 511 yuan:

1. Refusing to carry out the decisions and orders issued by the people's government in an emergency;

2. obstructing the staff of state organs from performing their duties according to law;

3. Obstructing the passage of vehicles such as fire engines, ambulances, engineering rescue vehicles and police cars performing emergency tasks;

4. forcibly rushing into the warning tape and the warning zone set up by the public security organs.

During the epidemic period, consumers should do the following:

1. Try to reduce unnecessary going out. If they have to go out for daily consumption, they should consciously wear masks and gloves, and try not to go to crowded public places to avoid cross-infection;

2. It is recommended not to participate in gathering activities during epidemic prevention and control. It is necessary to have a clear understanding of the current situation, and the harm that undertaking gathering activities may cause the spread of the epidemic. In principle, we should not organize or undertake gathering activities. It is suggested that family gatherings should not be held to reduce the spread of the epidemic;

3. If you need to enter the place, you must wear a mask, cooperate with the staff in the place to monitor your body temperature and register your personal information in detail;

4. After entering the place, cooperate with the staff in the place to check the health code and travel code, and at the same time, conduct the self-inspection of the close contact personnel in the same industry;

5. Actively cooperate with the workplace staff and relevant departments to implement various epidemic prevention measures.
