Organizational Structure of Chinese Catering Industry Association

The Association consists of a secretariat and professional committees. The Secretariat is mainly responsible for organizing meetings, activities, coordinating and cooperating with the work of various committees, and liaising with the news media, social sectors and food-related industries; the professional committees are mainly responsible for the entry of new members, professional training, collective visits, financing promotion, exchanges with the industry, as well as research on food and beverage-related issues.
