(1) Domestic garbage refers to solid waste generated in daily life or activities providing services for daily life, and solid waste regarded as domestic garbage according to laws and administrative regulations.

(2) Clean direct transportation refers to the collection and transportation mode of domestic garbage by using working vehicles equipped with sealing and compression equipment to classify and collect domestic garbage from the dropping point and the collection place of the collection container, and then directly transport it or transport it to the corresponding garbage disposal place through closed connection for harmless treatment.

(3) Domestic garbage disposal facilities, including domestic garbage collection containers, garbage houses, garbage transfer stations, treatment plants (fields), garbage transport vehicle parking garages and other facilities; Domestic garbage collection containers include garbage bins, waste boxes, garbage bins (barrels) and other facilities.

(4) The collection place of domestic garbage collection containers refers to the place where domestic garbage collection containers are centrally placed, which is convenient for large-scale clean direct transport vehicles to collect.

(5) Domestic waste connecting place refers to the place where small domestic waste collection and transportation vehicles are closed and transferred to large-scale operation vehicles for centralized treatment of domestic waste.

Thirty-eighth Xiaoshan District, Yuhang District, counties (cities) living garbage management can be implemented with reference to these measures.
