After many discussions and consultations between Party A and Party B, Party A decided to contract the factory canteen to Party B, who would provide catering and services for Party A. Both parties adhered to the principles of fairness, voluntariness and mutual benefit.
Have reached the following agreement:
I. Mode of operation
1. There are two options for Party A's business service site, canteen staff dormitory, and canteen equipment used by Party B:
Scheme 1: Party A shall submit the kitchen equipment list to Party B for signature and seal confirmation, with each party holding one copy. During the operation period, Party B shall be responsible for the renovation or maintenance of kitchen utensils at its own expense. However, after the expiration of the contract, Party B shall press.
This list should be returned to the equipment. Damage or loss shall be made up by market depreciation.
Option 2: The canteen equipment is invested by Party B, and the contract period is five years. If the two parties terminate the cooperation during this period, Party A must purchase the kitchen equipment invested by Party B, which will be depreciated by 20% every year. The equipment belongs to Party A. Party B shall submit the list of kitchen equipment to Party A for signature and seal, with each party holding one copy. During the operation period, Party B shall be responsible for updating or repairing kitchen utensils and handling expenses.
2. Party B shall be responsible for its own profits and losses according to the weekly menu standards agreed by both parties and the promised service requirements.
Second, the settlement method
1. Before each month 10, Party A shall pay Party B the last month's meals in cash, and the standard of meals is RMB per worker and RMB per employee. If the food expenses are overdue, Party A shall

Third, the responsibilities of both parties.
1, Party A's responsibility

Failing to inform Party B of the number of diners in time, which leads to Party B's failure to make full preparations for dining in the canteen on time, and affects Party A's production, and Party A shall bear the responsibility).
(2) Party A is responsible for helping to maintain the dining order in the canteen.
2. Party B's responsibilities
(1) Party B shall provide employees with delicious meals at the place designated by Party A in strict accordance with Party A's requirements and standards, and ensure that the purchased raw materials such as grain, oil, vegetables and condiments meet the national standards.
(2) Responsible for the sanitation of the kitchen and the cleaning and disinfection of the restaurant.
(3) The canteen staff of Party B shall accept the supervision of Party A and abide by the factory discipline and Party A's rules and regulations. ..
(4) The kitchen staff of Party B shall hold valid health certificates, conduct regular health examinations every year, and submit a copy of the health certificate to Party A ... Wear work clothes, hats and masks when cooking.
5] Party B shall bear the legal and economic responsibilities for the accidents of kitchen staff alone.
[6] Party B shall actively improve the opinions put forward by employees.
(7) Party B shall regularly disinfect the canteen to eliminate mosquitoes, rats, cockroaches and flies, and make records.
⑻ Party B shall submit the recipe for next week to Party A for review every Saturday, and Party B shall publish it for implementation after it is approved.
(9) Party B is responsible for keeping the sample of dishes 24 hours a day. If there is a collective food poisoning incident in the canteen, it is the responsibility of Party B as determined by the government functional departments, and Party B must bear all the responsibilities.
Fourth, the distribution of food expenses.

3. The number of people will be temporarily fixed for midnight snack, and the cost will be RMB/person. Party A shall provide the number of midnight snacks before 18:00 that night as the basis for settlement between Party B and Party A. ..
4. The midnight snack is decided temporarily, and the cost is _ _ _ yuan/person. Party A shall provide the actual dinner before 18_00 that night, and settle the meal fee with Party A according to the actual number of people who reported the meal.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) termination of contract and liability for breach of contract
1. If Party A fails to pay Party B within the agreed time limit, which exceeds the maximum time limit agreed in this contract, Party B has the right to refuse to provide this contract.
Party B shall not be responsible for the losses caused to Party A due to the agreed related matters and services, and Party B shall have the right to take measures to recover Party A's arrears and collect a daily overdue fine of 3‰.
2. When the price of main raw materials in the market continues to rise for one month and cannot be lowered (subject to the media announcement, the increase reaches 10%), Party B shall submit a written application to Party A for adjusting the food expenses in the form of a written report. If Party A fails to make corresponding adjustments according to the actual market conditions, Party B has the right to terminate the contract unilaterally.
3. Party B guarantees that the hygiene and quality of the kitchen conform to the contract.
4. If Party A violates the settlement method in Paragraph 2 of Article 1 of this contract, Party B has the right to terminate this contract.
5. The termination of the contract by both parties must be agreed by both parties or the contract expires. Termination of the contract under any circumstances (based on the food expenses of one month before termination): If the contract is terminated unilaterally without reason, the breaching party shall compensate the other party for the food expenses of one month (based on the food expenses of one month before termination).
6. This contract is valid for years, from the date of the month to the date of the month. If both parties have no objection within the time limit, it will be postponed automatically.
7. This contract is made in duplicate, each party holds one copy, and it will take effect immediately from the date of signature and seal by both parties, with the same legal effect.
