Preparation materials: 1 carp, 5g ginger, 5g onion, 10ml edible oil, 1 star anise, 5g soy sauce, 2g salt and 2g sugar.
1. Scaled carp oblique knife, as shown in the following figure:
2. Pour in cooking oil and fry until both sides are golden, as shown below:
3. Add ginger, onion, star anise and soy sauce, and add water to boil, as shown below:
4. Add salt and sugar, and cook until the juice is collected, as shown below:
5. Just take it out, as shown in the figure below:
