1. The relevant procedures for the door decoration of the store are as follows:

(1) Go to the urban management supervision squadron within its jurisdiction to apply for permission to set the door head and obtain its opinions;

(2) with the opinions of the urban management supervision squadron, apply to the convenience centers in various districts for a permit to set up a door;

(3) After the convenience center agrees to its application, it shall go to the urban management supervision squadron in its jurisdiction and receive a copy of the License for Decorating the Outdoor Door Signs in the Urban Area and the License for Setting Outdoor Advertising Facilities in the Urban Area;

(4) after the completion of the transformation, report to the urban management supervision squadron within the jurisdiction, and renew the license for setting up outdoor advertising facilities after passing the inspection.

2. Legal basis: Article 3 of the Regulations on the Administration of Registration of Market Entities in People's Republic of China (PRC).

Market entities shall register in accordance with these regulations. Without registration, it is not allowed to engage in business activities in the name of market entities. Except those that do not need to be registered as stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

The registration of market entities includes establishment registration, change registration and cancellation registration.

Article 5

The market supervision and management department of the State Council is in charge of the registration and management of the national market entities.

The market supervision and management departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be in charge of the registration and management of market entities in their respective jurisdictions, and strengthen overall guidance, supervision and management.

2. What materials do you need to provide for the license of outdoor advertising facilities?

1. An application for permission to set up outdoor advertisements, stating the specific location, structure and scale of the store;

2. Copy of business license, real estate license or house lease contract and legal person ID card;

3. The picture of the original setting position and the rendering of the object to be set.
