The partition unit is usually 6 ~ 12 cm thick and 61 ~ 121 cm wide, and is framed by wood or thin-walled metal profiles, with plywood, fiberboard or plasterboard on both sides. Some also fill honeycomb paper inside to enhance rigidity, or fill mineral wool to improve sound insulation ability. The installation method of the partition with the same height as the ceiling of the room is as follows: firstly, place the upper sill with grooves on the ceiling, insert the partition fans into the grooves, and place two pads or bolts with adjustable height under each partition fan. After all the partition fans are positioned, use the skirting board to cover the gap at the lower part. This kind of partition fan is used in houses and schools where it takes a long time to change the space separation. Only part of the height of the room is made of low partition fans. First, install the short partition fan on the column that can stand on the ground, or connect several short partition fans at a certain angle with bolts or hinges, or connect them in the form of a foldable China screen. The height depends on the need. For example, it can be 1.5 ~ 2m for blocking the line of sight of a standing person, and 1.2 ~ 1.5m for blocking the line of sight of a sitting person.
