The implementation of the Measures came about due to the mixed and unregulated nature of online food ordering. According to the new regulations, the network platform side shall establish and implement food safety related systems, including the review and registration of food households in the network, food safety violations to stop and report, food safety accident disposal system, and publicized online. At the same time, the platform should set up a special food safety management organization, with full-time food safety management personnel.
