Borrower entry requirements include:
1. Borrowers are citizens of the People's Republic of China (PRC) with full capacity for civil behavior, including those in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, with good credit standing and willingness and ability to repay, and in compliance with laws, regulations and regulatory provisions such as the Interim Measures for the Administration of Personal Loans;
2. Borrowers are not less than 18 years of age and no older than 65 years old;
3. The borrower complies with the relevant regulations on anti-money laundering and sanction compliance of the Bank;
4. The borrower has a settlement account with the Bank;
5. The borrower has a legal business entity and can provide relevant business licenses and business permits.
Steps: First, apply for the name of the individual business (this step can be omitted if you do not need the name font); second, with the "Name Pre-approval Notice" to the relevant departments to apply for permits or approval documents (this step can be omitted if you are operating a non-permitted project); third, ready to prepare the relevant materials to apply for a business license.
For individual business name submission:
