1.1 Abstract

In the rapid development of computers today, the computer this information processing tool applied to the daily management of the warehouse has been inevitable, and this will also bring unprecedented changes in warehouse management, it can bring unexpected benefits, but also for the rapid development of enterprises to provide unlimited potential. The use of computer management information system has become an important symbol of scientific and modern warehouse management, it gives the enterprise management to the obvious economic and social benefits. Mainly embodied in: greatly improve the efficiency of the warehouse staff, greatly reducing the previous entry, exit process is cumbersome, messy, long cycle of the shortcomings. Based on the comprehensive automation of warehouse management, can reduce the loopholes in the management of warehousing, warehousing management and inventory management, can save a lot of management expenses, increase corporate income. Warehouse management of operational automation and electronic information, comprehensively improve the management level of the warehouse. With the deepening of China's reform and opening up, the rapid development of the economy, enterprises want to survive, develop, and to be invincible in the fierce market competition, no modern management is not possible, the warehouse management of the comprehensive automation, information technology is one of the most important part. In order to speed up the pace of automation of warehouse management, improve the efficiency of warehouse management business processing, the establishment of warehouse management system has become very important. The core of warehouse management is the link between warehousing, inventory and warehousing, how to deal with the relationship between the three is the most critical part of the system.

1.2 Background

Fuzhou Table Drill Factory is an old factory with a long history, she was founded in 1958. The factory has more than 300 workers in the early days, to more than 80 people now, the product output from the past three or four hundred units a year to now more than 10,000 units a year, according to the characteristics of the factory workers to take the road of technology to win the development to the present. The models include Z4012, Z4112, Z4016, Z4116, Z4120, precision and high-speed ZM406, high-speed ZS406, high-speed and simple ZSJ4106 and ZSH4106A, simple ZJ4106, ZJ4110 and ZJ4113, lightweight ZQ4113 and ZQ4116, semi-automatic ZB4025, tapping-type ZB4025, tapping type S4012 and S4012A, and drilling and tapping type Z4416, Z4416 and Z4416B, where the last two digits, such as 12, 16, 20, etc., represent the maximum drilling (tapping) diameter of the table drill, while the second digit 0, 1 represents whether there is a worktable. z stands for table drilling, S stands for tapping. The factory produces these table drills are preferred by the mold manufacturing industry, of which ZM406 precision high-speed table drills are most suitable for electronics, instrumentation, textile and automobile parts industry in the processing of small precision holes. The aquaculture equipment is another leading product of Fuzhou Bench Drill Factory in addition to the bench drill series, i.e., oxygenator, of which the existing models of oxygenator YC1.5, YC1.75, YL1.5, YC1.5B, YC0.75B, YC0.37, YC3.0, and YC4.5. The products are sold to all parts of the country, and are exported to the U.S.A., Western Europe, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Macao, etc. The products are sold to all over the world, and are also exported to the United States, Western Europe, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Macao, and other countries or regions. In the product table drill precision is the first in the country, Wenzhou is our factory's largest distribution market.
