1. canteen managers should consciously abide by the food safety law and relevant laws and regulations, earnestly perform the duties of the first person responsible for food safety, and strictly implement the regulations on the management of kitchen waste disposal.

second, the canteen must purchase qualified edible oils as required, and it is strictly forbidden to purchase edible oils from "gutter oil" and irregular sources.

3. The kitchen waste should be treated harmlessly. It is strictly forbidden to directly discharge the kitchen waste into the sewer, pour it into public toilets and other domestic garbage collection facilities.

Garbage (vegetable leaves, roots, animal offal, fur and other garbage) generated during the rough processing of food raw materials is put into barrels and covered, and transported to the domestic garbage centralized box in the northeast corner of the campus, and transported by sanitation workers for disposal; Swill waste (food residue, rice, vegetables, soup, pot bottom, etc.) shall be poured into special swill barrels according to regulations and recycled to farms and pig farmers; Waste oily garbage (waste kitchen frying oil, waste oil generated when barbecuing animals, etc.) is prohibited from being directly dumped into the sewer, and should be stored in special containers and recycled at designated locations.

5. sign a recycling agreement with the recycler as required, indicating that the recycling of swill garbage is limited to farming and cannot be used for other purposes, and ask for the qualification certification materials of the recycler (business license, farming certificate issued by the local village Committee if the pig professional household has no license).

6. It is forbidden to sell the waste oil garbage to individuals for waste oil processing, but it should be recycled to the legally qualified oil processing enterprises, sign a recycling agreement with the recycler, indicate the purpose of waste oil recycling, and obtain the legal qualification certification materials such as the business license of the recycler.

VII. For the disposal of kitchen waste, it is necessary to arrange a special person to establish a complete ledger, record the types, quantities, destinations and uses of kitchen waste in detail, report to the General Affairs Department of the school regularly, and accept supervision and inspection.

VIII. The Logistics Department strengthens the inspection and supervision of the system of claiming certificates and tickets for edible oil in canteens and the disposal of kitchen waste in canteens, and orders canteens that fail to handle kitchen waste according to regulations to make immediate corrections and impose penalties.
