The Measures for the Administration of Public Security in Hotel Industry in Jiangxi Province was deliberated and adopted at the 39th executive meeting of Jiangxi Provincial People's Government on September 3, 2111, and promulgated by Decree No.184 of Jiangxi Provincial People's Government on October 2, 2111. Article 29 of the Measures shall come into force as of October 1, 2111. It is applicable to hotels, restaurants, hotels, hotels, mansions, villas, clubs, inns, guest houses and family-style hotels that provide accommodation services to the public within the administrative area of this province, as well as bathing, vacation and other business places (hereinafter referred to as hotels) that provide timed rest or accommodation services to the public.

1. To run a hotel, the following conditions shall be met:

1. Have legal ownership or right to use the business premises.

2. The building is safe, and the fire control facilities and safety facilities in the business premises meet the requirements of relevant state regulations.

3. There shall be at least two safety exits; If you use underground space to run a hotel, the safety exit goes straight to the outside.

4. The per capita usable area in the guest room is not less than four square meters.

5. Other conditions stipulated by laws, regulations and rules.

2. Hotels and their employees shall not commit the following acts:

1. Sell, lease or lend the Special Trade Permit, or illegally transfer the Special Trade Permit in other forms;

2. Do not verify or register the check-in passengers;

3. register accommodation for passengers without valid identity documents, or register accommodation for passengers who know that they have fake identity documents and use other people's identity documents;

4. register two or more passengers with one valid identity document;

5. Forcing others to accept accommodation services.

Legal basis: Measures for the Administration of Public Security in Hotel Industry in Jiangxi Province Article 1 In order to strengthen the administration of public security in the hotel industry, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of hotels and tourists and the interests of the public, these Measures are formulated in accordance with the provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Public Security and other relevant laws and regulations, and in combination with the actual situation of this province.
