At the same time, on the basis of the work in the pilot areas of food safety supervision of small restaurants nationwide, we will comprehensively promote the rectification and standardization of small restaurants nationwide. Carrying out the standardized filing commitment system in the market access of food "three small industries" not only makes registration more convenient, but also makes the main responsibility of operators more practical. Food "three small" is a hot field involving a wide range of people's livelihood interests and many entrepreneurs. Business households make a formal commitment, establish and improve the food safety responsibility system, ensure that the production and business premises are clean and hygienic, and do not produce and operate foods prohibited by laws and regulations on food safety management, so that business households have clearer responsibilities and obligations for food safety, and strengthen food safety protection while simplifying procedures and improving work efficiency. At the same time, changing the original on-site verification system to the current filing commitment system does not mean that the market supervision department is laissez-faire, but the daily supervision is stricter.
