First, the processing basis:

Second, the application conditions:
(a) citizens who leave their permanent residence to live in zhanggong district, voluntarily declare their residence registration at the local police station for half a year, and meet one of the conditions of legally stable employment, legally stable residence and continuous study, can apply for a residence permit valid for one year.
(2) The applicant has permanent residence in other provinces, cities and counties, but it does not include the permanent residence in downtown Ganzhou, namely Nankang District and Development Zone, nor does it include military personnel, compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, foreigners and stateless persons.
Third, the application materials:
(1) Having worked in an administrative institution for half a year;

2. Two one-inch bareheaded color photos;
3, the unit employment notice (or job transfer, or graduation assignment registration card) copy, stamped with the official seal of the unit;
4. Detailed proof of address;

(2) Having obtained a business license in the administrative department for industry and commerce for half a year;

(three) have purchased housing or allocated public rental housing in the place of residence for half a year;

4. Proof materials issued by the school that can prove continuing study;

Note: The above detailed residential address certificate should be issued according to the actual residence of the applicant.
If the applicant lives in a work unit or school dormitory, the work unit or school shall issue a proof of accommodation, indicating the applicant's name, ID number and detailed address, and affix the official seal of the unit;
If the applicant lives in a relative's house, he/she must provide a description of his/her residence, proof of property and a copy of his/her ID card;
If the applicant lives in a rented private house, it is required to provide the original and photocopy of the house lease contract, the landlord's property certificate and a copy of the ID card.
The applicant and the issuer of relevant certification materials shall be responsible for the authenticity and legality of the certification materials issued.
