According to the provincial government's Notice on Adjusting the Minimum Wage Standard (SJF[20 18] 19), combined with the actual situation of our city, the municipal government decided to adjust the current monthly minimum wage standard and the minimum wage standard for part-time working hours in our city. The adjustment matters are hereby notified as follows.
The first is the adjusted monthly minimum wage in this city.
(1) Monthly 1780 yuan (8 1.84 yuan per day);
(2) Monthly 1650 yuan (75.86 yuan per day).
Two, after the adjustment of the minimum wage standard of part-time employment hours in this city.
(1) per hour 18.7 yuan;
(2) per hour 17.4 yuan.
Three, the districts (cities) and counties within the jurisdiction of the specific application of the monthly minimum wage and part-time working hours minimum wage.
(a) Tianfu New District, Chengdu High-tech Zone, Jinjiang District, Qingyang District, jinniu district, Wuhou District, chenghua district, Longquanyi District, qingbaijiang district, Xindu District, Wenjiang District, Shuangliu District, Pidu District and Xinjin County have a monthly minimum wage of 1780 yuan (8 1.84 yuan per day).
(2) The monthly minimum wage in jianyang city, Dujiangyan, Pengzhou, Qionglai, chongzhou city, Jintang, Dayi and Pujiang counties is 1.650 yuan per month (75.86 yuan per day), and the hourly minimum wage for part-time workers is 17.4 yuan.
The above-mentioned minimum wage standard includes the social insurance premium and housing accumulation fund that employees should pay, but does not include the following items: overtime pay, overtime pay, allowances under special working conditions such as middle shift, night shift, high temperature, low temperature, underground, toxic and harmful, non-wage labor insurance benefits stipulated by laws, regulations, rules and policies, and non-monetary subsidies paid by employers to workers.
Employers are obliged to implement the minimum wage guarantee regulations. Workers provide normal labor within the statutory working hours or the working hours agreed in the labor contract, and the minimum wage due shall not be lower than the minimum wage standard promulgated by the municipal government. Even if the employer provides accommodation for the workers, the wages paid to the workers shall not be lower than the local minimum wage. All districts (cities) and counties should strengthen supervision and inspection to ensure that the minimum wage standard is implemented.
This notice shall be implemented as of July, 2065438 1 day. The Notice of the Municipal Government on Adjusting the Minimum Wage Standard in the City (Cheng Fu Fa [20 15] 19) shall be abolished at the same time.
