1. To apply for the renewal of the Catering Service License, the following materials shall be provided:
(1) An application for the renewal of the Catering Service License;
(2) A copy of the original Catering Service License;
(3) Explanations that the business premises, layout process, sanitary facilities, etc. of the original Catering Service License have changed or not;
(4) other materials prescribed by the food and drug supervision and administration departments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government.
II. Replacement procedures
Step 1: The applicant submits a written application to the window of the Health Bureau of the Municipal Affairs Service Center with the competent department or other supporting materials;
Step 2: The applicant receives the Health Permit Approval Form and fills it out as required, and organizes employees to participate in health examination and health knowledge training in the centers for disease control and prevention that have obtained the qualification of health technical services;
step 3: the applicant applies to the health technical service institution for monitoring inspection and obtains the inspection report;
Step 4: The municipal health law enforcement and supervision agency sends personnel to the site to conduct preventive health review;
Step 5: The applicant submits the application materials to the window of the Health Bureau of the Municipal Affairs Service Center, which will be accepted after the window staff has passed the preliminary examination;
step 6: those who pass the examination by the municipal public health administrative department will issue certificates within the promised time limit; Those who fail to pass the examination shall be given a written reply and explain the reasons.

The Food Safety Law officially promulgated at the end of February, 2119 has established a segmented food safety supervision system in China.
