The electric bag composite dust collector collects 80 ~ 90% of flue gas dust through the former electrostatic precipitator, and a small amount of residual dust is collected in the filter area of the latter filter bag. At the same time, the charged dust generated by the pre-electric field can effectively improve the filtration characteristics of the dust layer deposited on the surface of the filter bag, greatly improve the permeability and dust removal performance of the filter bag, and thus achieve the effect of low resistance and high efficiency dust removal. This technology combines the two characteristics of electric dust removal and filter bag dust removal. The dust removal efficiency is not affected by coal type, flue gas conditions and fly ash characteristics, and the emission concentration can be kept below 50mg/Nm3 or even 30mg/Nm3 for a long time. Compared with the pure bag filter, the filter can maintain a lower running resistance during operation.
