Hotel Interior Design Contract Standard Edition
Client: (hereinafter referred to as the "Employer")

Trustee: The registered office is located at (hereinafter referred to as "Designer").

Whereas the designer is invited by the industry to provide interior decoration design services for Holiday Inn Project (hereinafter referred to as "this project"), the designer also agrees to be the entrusted designer of this project according to the following terms.

The owner and the designer hereby agree on the following terms and conditions for the interior decoration design service of this project:

1.0 Entrustment and Work Contents

1. 1 The industry appoints the designer as the full-time interior decoration designer of this project, and designates the main designer of this project as the designer, and the designer agrees to accept this appointment.

1.2 The work content of this contract limits the interior decoration design to the following scope:

1.2. 1 hotel area (refers to all guest areas in the hotel except the kitchen, computer room and other professional closed places, such as dining places, guest rooms, health centers, clubs, lobbies, doorways, stairs, floating gallery passages, fire stairwells, backstage and other overall hotel areas in public areas, including but not limited to the following places).

1.3 The designer shall try his best to fully cooperate with the project coordinator of the industrial side, and all work plans shall also fully cooperate with the planning progress, design integration and construction sequence of the industrial side.

2.0 scope of service

2. 1 Designer's service is completed in four (4) stages. Article 3.0 on the next page explains these four paragraphs.

2.2 The designer's service scope needs to include design, plane layout and space separation planning, color system and color scheme, specifications and scope of materials and interiors, selection of furniture and furnishings, and coordination and consultation with project coordinators and other consultants designated by the industry.

2.3 The service scope of the designer needs to include consulting and negotiating with the industry or its designated consultants to obtain a complete design scheme.

2.4 The service scope of the designer shall include attending the plenary meeting convened by the owner or its entrusted project coordinator and other consultants at any place.

2.5 For the area marked with () in this project, the designer's service scope should include color system and color scheme, specifications and specifications of materials and interiors, selection of furniture and furnishings, and coordination with other consultants designated by the industry, but does not include any detailed design and drawings. Detailed design and drawings shall be provided by the owner or his project coordinator or his appointed consultant.

2.6 In the area marked with () here, the designer's service scope is limited to consulting services for obtaining a complete design scheme.

3.0 Built-in design

Based on the complete trust in designers and high expectation of designers' design achievements, the industry entrusts designers to undertake the overall design of the interior decoration of Hangzhou xxx Holiday Hotel. The designer promises to understand the overall intention and requirements of the industry, build a five-star hotel with high standards, distinctive features and elegant environment by the West Lake in Hangzhou, and carry out overall interior decoration design for all projects of Hangzhou xxx Holiday Hotel. In the specific design process, the designer should take the principle of saving the fixed cost invested by the project owner for the hotel and try to reduce the decoration cost without affecting the design effect. At the same time, economic benefits should be considered as much as possible in the selection of materials and the application of construction technology, and the uniqueness, operability and economy of the design should be maintained, so as to reduce the operating cost pressure after the project itself is put into use.

3. 1 Stage 1: Space Design and Furniture Arrangement

3. 1. 1 Hold a pre-operation meeting or discussion with the industry to confirm and establish all the design and functional requirements, design procedures, schedules and layout details of each floor.

3. 1.2 negotiate with the owner, its project coordinator or other consultants designated by it to determine the scope and content of interior design.

3. 1.3 Based on the architect's design concept and the needs of the industry, suggestions are put forward for the development of general graphic design in all fields specified in the above 1.2.

3. 1.4 The designer shall be deemed to have completed the first stage of this design contract after submitting the general layout design of all areas to the Owner in accordance with Article 1.2. Layout details should reflect functional requirements and spatial planning, including ground elevation, ceiling clear height, furniture layout, partition position, etc.

3.2 Phase II: Ideas

3.2. 1 The second stage starts after the designer confirms the design progress. The second stage can also be started under the guidance of the industry. At this stage, the designer needs to make the planning of color system and color matching system, the choice of furniture, the ceiling layout of the ground wall, the description of the initial construction drawing, elevation and perspective (please refer to clause 8. 1(c)) in order to clear up the basic concepts of interior decoration.

3.2.2 The designer shall submit the estimated cost of indoor furnishings, bulk furniture, carpets, decorative lights, wallpapers, artworks, etc. For interior design. The estimated cost of fixed interior decoration should be decided by the architect of the industry or the appraiser appointed by the industry. The designer shall assist in providing the decoration configuration scheme and suggested unit price required by the appraiser for all the estimated expenses.

3.2.3 After the designer submits the design drawings, decoration materials and cost budget of indoor furnishings, bulk furniture, carpets, decorative lights, wallpaper, artworks, etc. The industry requirements at this stage are deemed as the completion of the second stage of this design contract.

The results submitted by the designer at this stage should fully consider the needs of other majors such as structure, water, electricity, HVAC, lighting, audio and so on, and give opinions according to Article 4.0.
